Beware of Deltis!</title><content type='html'>While looking for a new CPM ad network for my website, I came across a company called &lt;a href="http://www.deltis.com/"&gt;Deltis&lt;/a&gt;. &lt;a href="http://www.deltis.com/"&gt;Deltis&lt;/a&gt; seems to be offering some huge CPM rates for U.S. and Canada traffic. $1.00 for banners and $5.00 for pop unders. These numbers seem really high so I started my investigation online.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I found a lot of forums in which somone listed asking if anyone used Deltis.
